Hello everyone! Sorry that there is no video for this month—we tried, believe me, but the planets didn’t quite align just right for it to be publishable. Instead, I hope that you enjoy the photos and will share your own Loot Crate unboxings.
September’s theme is “Galactic,” and the most represented fandoms are Star Wars, Star Trek, and Firefly. When you first open the box, the biggest (and fluffiest) item that stands out is the Tribble from Star Trek. He will bond nicely with my Harry Potter Pygmy Puff on my bookshelf.
The other standout items were the Star Wars poster of a carbonite-encased Han Solo, the Star Wars/Asteroids mashup magnet, and the Firefly bank robbery money. The exclusive Mal vinyl from Funko is also another fun addition to our collectables shelf.

Meanwhile, the Alien re-action figure is more than a little creepy. I have no idea what I’ll do with it, but I’m not letting it out of the box to wreak havoc on my apartment! The bonus Halo comic from Dark Horse Comics fits the theme, but won’t fill my digital shopping cart free or not.
I’m thinking that somehow I need to convince my pet to take a photo with my loot so that we can get featured in the book. Did you get this month’s crate? What did you think? Leave a comment below.
